Looking Great in Green Handbags This Winter
Celebrities like Fearne Cotton, Julianne Moore and Welch actress Alexandra Roach are jumping on the bold coloured bandwagon this season. I love that they are embracing brights and I'm green with envy over their gorgeous handbag choices! Fearne was papped this morning on her way to the BBC Radio 1 Studios, whist Julianne and Alexandra were spotted at their respectable Fashion Weeks in New York and London lugging around this money look. Trend Alert: Lime Nail Lacquers For Spring
I know it's a bit early to think about Spring, but believe it or not, collections are already beginning to launch, despite the fact that Christmas isn't even upon us. However, since I'm such a softie for trends, here's a peek at the hottest new nail lacquer shade for next season.
Here's a hint: It's thirst quenching, popular in Springtime floral patterns and ranges from pastel to fluorescent. Did I getcha? The answer is none other than lime green. Dior is coming out with a Garden Party Collection that consists of two shades: a soft green and a light mauve. The green is called Water Lily and it contains a soft scent of roses that has been formulated to last up to four days — pretty cool! Next up is a lighter lime tone called Navigate Her from Essie, and lastly there's Thanks A Windmillion from OPI's Spring Holland Collection. Out of these three hues, which do you favour?
Trend Alert: Swampy Metallic Nails
I first fell in love with this Peridot Le Vernis limited edition peacock-looking nail polish from Chanel back in September, and since then (an effect that Chanel often has on the market), it has created this craze of followers making this swampy greeny-bluish-gold colour quite trendy!
There's Nubar Nail Lacquer in Indigo Illusion (£5.50), RMK Nail Color EX 06 (£14) and Sparkling Green Nail Polish from Love & Beauty Forever 21 (£1.77) on the market now, and for those of you who have a hard time painting your nails yourself, you can get these cool press on Rebel Nails Fabulous Designer Nails in Green Flip Colour Fingers (£9) too. If these colours are just a bit off for you, wait until November and snag this amazing shade from Models Own in Golden Green come November which is part of their Beetlejuice Collection. What do think of this swampy-hued metallic nail style?
Trend Alert: The Green Scene

Sarah Jessica Parker and the Duchess of Cambridge have one thing in common: their love of bright green dresses. SJP was spotted on the set of her new movie I Don't Know How She Does It yesterday in New York City, looking gorgeous in what looks to be a Michaela Silk Dress by Marc Jacobs. Whilst Kate donned her kelly green DvF dress twice in a month's time. Shop some beautiful crayola-coloured dresses below, and let me know which style has you green with envy.
Shop Teal You Drop!

Blue-green colours like teal and seafoam are beautiful against tanned skin during the Summer months. Perhaps that's why we've been seeing so much of it lately on celebrities like Lady Gaga (despite her milky skin), Heidi Klum, and Ashley Greene. I love a pop of bright colour in my outfit, and these ladies have shown me just how to totally incorporate teal into the mix. Shop some fabulous teal-green clothing and accessories below!
The Green Theme at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards

Glamour's Women of the Year Awards sure lived up to its name last night. With a fabulous guest list and ladies walking the red carpet in gorgeous dresses, everyone dressed to the nines to celebrate women! I especially appreciated the pops of colour, such as Fearne Cotton's yellow frock, Alexandra Burke's pink floral number Katherine Jenkins coral cocktail ensemble. Also, check out the splashes of green, which happens to be one of my favourite tones. Kirsty Gallacher wore an all-green gown, Daisy Lowe donned a green clutch, and Louise Redknapp wore green beaded earrings. I love how Summer brings out a little brightness in everyone.
