Gemma Arterton wore practically no makeup at all to the UK premiere of Tamara Drewe, and last night at Matthew Williamson's Book Launch in London, Sienna Miller arrived with everyday looking hair and barely any makeup at all. She was polished and glowing, but without any real use of colour. What do you make of the no makeup look for formal events?

yeah, you definitely have to have good genes and confidence - I have the confidence, and I definitely do go bare-faced every once in a while, but I'm not sure I would ever want to in a fancy situation. both of these women look gorgeous, though; especially Sienna...

Maybe if my skin and complexion actually looked that great! Sadly it does not so no.
