At Saturday's 2009 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball in Los Angeles, actresses Leighton Meester, Kristin Cavallari and Stephanie Pratt rocked the red carpet in dramatic winged eye makeup. Leighton's sultry punk look was a mix of shadow and liner, whilst Kristen's was polished with long lashes and black liner paired with red lipstick, a style we don't typically see on her. Stephanie's makeup was a bit less serious with metallic coppery-gold eye liner and extra lush false lashes contrasted with pale pink lips.
