Kim Cattrall, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon took Sex and the City 2 to Tokyo yesterday. The foursome wore yet another range of fabulous outfits, following their premieres in NYC and London. They also dressed to impress at the film's photocall in Japan on Monday. The movie made it to first place at the UK box office, taking £6million in its first three days, although it failed to reached the number one spot in the US.

The Sex and the City 2 girls all changed into new dresses after the UK premiere in Leicester Square for the afterparty. Kim Cattrall wore a sparkly one shouldered dress, Cynthia Nixon wore a gorgeous Erdem gown, while Sarah Jessica Parker went for an eye-catching blue maxidress and Kristin Davis went for classic vintage Dior. Chris Noth also joined them at the bash. FabUK wants to know who is best dressed at the afterparty.

Guests included Doctor Who's Karen Gillan who wore black with a pop of red lipstick. Daisy Lowe also went for bright lippy with her gorgeous green gown. Angela Griffin wore orange, while Amanda Holden paid homage to the tutu dress of the show's title sequence.

Glamour graced London last night when Sex and the City 2 premiered at Odeon Leicester Square. Sarah Jessica Parker wore an Alexander McQueen dress and Philip Treacy hat, making a statement with her headgear just like at the world premiere of the first movie. Cynthia Nixon was bold in blue and hair extensions, Kristin Davis sparkled in gold after wearing a sheer top to dinner the night before, and Kim Cattrall followed SJP's lead in black. Chris Noth was back on the red carpet after attending the NMAs, although Jason Lewis and John Corbett were in another city and couldn't repeat the manjoyment of the NYC premiere.

Lots of London-based stars took the opportunity to wear their gladrags. Kylie Minogue fooled around with Louie Spence on the red carpet before celebrating her 42nd birthday today. Newly pregnant Rachel Stevens looked cute in her short dress, while X Factor winner Alexandra Burke kept things simple in a LBD. Emma Bunton teamed her colourful dress with gorgeous purple shoes, and had a big smile on her face following news of her new TV role. As London gets ready for the Sex and the City 2 premiere tonight, the stars of the film have been enjoying some downtime in the UK. Kristin Davis had dinner at Cecconi's last night in a sheer top, while Kim Cattrall took a trip to Harry's Bar. They both skipped the NMAs but Chris Noth attended the awards. Sarah Jessica Parker has also been spotted in town after her Letterman appearance, and no doubt Cynthia Nixon will join the gang for their big red carpet evening. All four dazzled at the NYC premiere and I'm excited to see what they wear tonight.

Sex and the City 2 premiered in NYC last night with all the gang there to celebrate. Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis wore bright dresses by Valentino and Jean Desses, while Cynthia Nixon wore her long black Carolina Herrera gown to both the premiere and afterparty, as did Kim Cattrall in her glittery Naeem Khan number. PopUS was there, noting that SJP spent a long time signing autographs for the impressive amount of fans gathered at Radio City Music Hall before heading to the blue carpet. Kristin chatted about reuniting with her costars in the film, saying it was great fun and that she and SJP actually talk all the time. Willie Garson echoed her sentiment, saying he talks on the phone to SJP almost every day.

John Corbett looked handsome as ever all suited up, and told PopUS that he is planning on spending the Summer away from the crowds and off riding horses at his ranch with Bo Derek. Chris Noth made it a date night too, with his fiance Tara Wilson in a bright blue dress. At the afterparty SJP changed into a black lacy number and held onto hubby Matthew Broderick's hand, while Kristin shimmied into a short silver sparkly dress and chatted happily with Chris.

Jason Lewis, Mario Cantone, Evan Handler and all our favourites from the show walked the blue carpet last night, plus author Candace Bushnell and lots of famous guests. The girls will be in London on Thursday for the UK premiere.
