Makeup for MAC by Luisa Pica
Louisa created a "glitter-tastic" pop on the eyes. They were smudged out and influenced to look like you've pulled an all-nighter. MAC Pro Studio Finish Concealer was applied to a well hydrated and primed face. Then, Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder was dusted over the face to set the skin.
