Yesterday in Los Angeles, American actress Amy Smart was seen leaving the Byron & Tracey salon with the palest platinum hair I've ever seen her don. I love Amy's comedic talents and think she's beautiful, however, this is an instance where too fair of hair can wash you out. I realize that she's not wearing makeup at all in this photo, but compared to her honey-toned low-lights and dark brown hair colours from the past, her skin looks like it's lacking vitality.
